Why I Started Accounting Empire
Accounting Empire was founded with a simple belief: hotel owners deserve more than traditional accounting services.
Throughout my career, I have spent more than 20 years in hospitality accounting, working with hotel management companies and gaining firsthand insight into the financial and operational challenges hotels face daily. As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and Master of Business Administration (MBA), I have built my career around helping organizations strengthen their financial performance and make better business decisions.
Over the years, I noticed a common theme. Hotel owners and operators were often forced to work with disconnected systems, delayed financial reporting, and accounting services that focused primarily on compliance instead of providing meaningful financial insight.
I believed there had to be a better way.
That belief became the foundation of Accounting Empire—a company built with a clear purpose: to become a trusted financial partner for the hospitality industry by combining accounting expertise, efficient processes, and a long-term commitment to innovation.

Why the Hotel Industry?
Hospitality has been the focus of my professional career.
After spending two decades working with hotel management companies, I understand that hotels are unlike any other business. They operate around the clock, manage multiple revenue streams, oversee large teams, and depend on technology to support nearly every aspect of their operations.
Yet many accounting firms approach hotels the same way they would any other business.
I founded Accounting Empire to change that.
By specializing exclusively in hospitality accounting, we provide financial solutions designed around the realities of hotel operations—not generic accounting practices. Our clients benefit from industry-specific knowledge, practical experience, and an understanding of the financial challenges unique to hotels.
Looking Beyond Traditional Accounting
From the very beginning, my vision has extended beyond bookkeeping and financial reporting.
I believe accounting should provide hotel owners with timely information that allows them to make better decisions—not simply satisfy reporting requirements.
Our three-year vision is to continue building standardized processes, automation, and technology that allow us to deliver financial information to our clients faster, more efficiently, and with greater consistency. By continuously improving the way we work, we aim to give hotel owners the timely financial insight they need to make better decisions and operate with greater confidence.
Looking further ahead, our five-year vision is even more ambitious. We envision developing Aggregate360, an integrated hospitality accounting and financial technology platform designed to bring essential hotel financial systems together in one connected ecosystem. The goal is to simplify the financial side of hotel operations, reduce the need for disconnected systems, and give hotel owners and management teams a more complete view of their business.
Accounting Empire's long-term goal is not simply to provide accounting services, but to help shape the future of hospitality finance through better processes, better technology, and better information.
